What happens during the first treatment?

The treatment begins with a 10-15 minute consultation, either in person or over the phone, where we discuss your diet, medications, symptoms, and any stress you may be experiencing. Then, you'll lie on the treatment table fully clothed while I conduct the session using gentle muscle testing and biochemistry feedback to identify potential issues with foods, digestive enzymes, or toxins. I may also assess other factors like thyroid, hormones, and adrenal health, but my main goal is to uncover the root cause of your digestive health concerns, not just treat symptoms.
During the session, I might identify sensitivities to certain foods or toxins such as viruses, bacteria, or fungus. I'll suggest short-term supplements to support gut health and strengthen your microbiome.

What happens next?

I'll discuss what the testing shows and what small changes to your diet you may make that will help you. I'll also advise a plan going forward for you.

What else do I need to know?

If needed, I'll identify any nutrient deficiencies and explain why they may be affecting your health. You remain in control of your health, and I'll guide you on any necessary food eliminations or supplements, with no need for drastic changes just gradual adjustments. You'll begin to feel improvements as you follow the suggested changes.

Can You Help With Stress or Trauma?

Yes, if you have unresolved stress or past trauma, I can treat this through techniques like Emotional Stress Release or Past Trauma Recall using Bio-Kinesiology. This can help release anxiety, work-related stress, or any past emotional burdens.

What Do I Do After the Treatment?

After following your new diet and lifestyle adjustments, you should notice improvements in your health. I recommend returning for a check-up in 4-5 weeks to assess progress, check digestive enzymes, and ensure any toxins or issues have cleared. We'll also assess any nutrient needs or other therapy moving forward. You can choose to return for check-ups as needed.

Do You Treat Babies and Children?

Yes, I treat clients of all ages, including babies. Treatments for babies typically take 30-45 minutes.
